Total:17points(silver)
SUCK!my results suck sia especially my pull-up suck like hell....I am aiming for getting less then 10.30s(A) for my 1.6km run!if i get i will be getting gold.And oso my standing broad jump suck to the core...this only 2 sections i am super confident to get (A) is sit-and-reach and sit-up..as i am chinese dance so my body will be quite flexible.that y every yr my reach-and-reach is the best n oso my sit up la cos i like to do:)tell me ur results at the chat box.:)
